Hard at work since 2011, Nick operates on the principles of integrity and trust. He takes a no nonsense approach, building strong relationships through exceptional service and an easy-to-deal-with manner.

Nick believes that action is the key to success, and his results prove it. In twelve years, he has achieved well in excess of $450 million in sales, earning numerous awards along the way, including Number 1 for the Highest Settled Deal numbers in 2021/2022, averaging one settled deal per week, and more recently has achieved Bayley’s Coveted Number One Commercial & Industrial agent for 2022/2023 Nationally.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Nick approaches every property as a fresh challenge, with clients large and small gaining equal attention and dedication. Supported by his business partner, Anna Morawiec, Team O’Styke continues to deliver exceptional results for their clients across the country.
