Nikki helped us sell a property in difficult circumstances. As strangers to the NZ property world we got the help, support and advice from Nikki we needed to help us navigate this sale. Nikki's advice and knowledge was reassuring and very much appreciated - she 'held our hand' throughout the process, and particularly when we encountered some 'bumps' along the way. I didn't think we would be able to sell as swiftly and smoothly as we did, and this very much down to Nikki and her colleague. We met Gareth through a viewing as buyers and he was open honest, polite, respectful and knowledgeable, so we decided to use him when we sold our place. We met Nikki through this process and we couldn’t fault them, they were so easy to work with, warm, welcoming, and able to have a laugh they made the whole process smooth and easy and took all the stresses away.
