Born and raised in the Ruapehu region, Noah Harto brings genuine local knowledge, fresh energy and a strong commitment to her community and her role at Bayleys Ohakune.
Noah has long been drawn to property and is focused on building a trusted name based on integrity, hard work and meaningful results. She has a deep fascination with the stories, design and future possibilities each home holds, and is inspired by the people behind each property and the opportunity to guide them through one of life’s most important milestones.
Noah’s professional background spans data analysis and sales, giving her a balanced skillset of analytical insight and strong communication. She understands the importance of market trends, pricing strategy and evidence-based decisions, while also valuing clear, honest relationships built on trust.
Deeply connected to the Ruapehu community through whakapapa and a farming upbringing, Noah has authentic insight into the people and lifestyle of the region. She is particularly passionate about helping first-home buyers and local families secure homes in the place they’ve always called home.
Outside of real estate, Noah serves on the Ruapehu Youth Council Board and is actively involved in local kaupapa Māori initiatives. She plays rugby, has a background in competitive ski racing, and is a qualified lifeguard and ski instructor - experiences that reflect her discipline, resilience and calm approach under pressure.
When working with Noah, clients can expect dedication and genuine care. Backed by the strength and reach of Bayleys’ nationwide network, she is committed to delivering a straightforward, supportive and professional experience from first conversation through to settlement.
