This meant we had an incredibly strict deadline (less than 5 days) in which to sell our house if we wanted to buy the next house we were interested in. Great knowledge of legal and council issues surrounding the sale. Stayed in communication with us the whole way, sorted issues promptly - used a second photographer when we were not happy with the first.
