After completing an apprenticeship in carpentry and working in the building trade in NZ and Australia, Paul moved into the dairy industry which included sharemilking and farm ownership over 25 years. During that time, he was involved with Synlait Milk as an equity manager on the Dunsandel plant site.

After leaving the farming industry, Paul became interested in property development. He has completed several projects including building residential houses in North Otago and Canterbury and more recently has completed a number of commercial developments in Izone Rolleston.

Over the years, Paul has been involved in many local community sports clubs and is an active member of Ellesmere Land SAR (Search and Rescue).

Out of work, Paul is an active outdoor person, keen fisherman, and has also completed the famed Coast-to-Coast event in the past.

Paul brings a practical approach to commercial real estate utilizing his past experiences and knowledge.
