As an established team we have sales behind us and experience to get the job done for you, all while making the sale process an enjoyable stress-free time.
A major key factor in our success is that we are backed by our national agency brand ‘Bayleys’ and their wide reach marketing abilities. More recently, this support has grown with the unification of Bayleys Southland and Southland Real Estate in 2022. Southland Real Estate bring their long standing regional reputation of Southlands most experienced and trusted brand. Together the combined brand of Bayleys Southland Real Estate share the motive of continuing to provide the region’s most robust and skilled real estate services while fostering strong, genuine relationships with clients.
Together we have engaged in over 100 real estate transactions throughout our career. Within these transactions, we have marketed a diverse range of property. While lifestyle and residential properties are at the crux of what we do, we have proven experience with bare land and commercial opportunities.
