In his highly successful career in Real Estate Phil has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results via a totally professional service where client care is foremost. He has reached the top echelon of sales-people nationwide and sold over 500 properties achieving more than $300 million dollars in sales. His outstanding sales history is a direct reflection of his passion for property and dedication to his profession.

Before Real Estate Phil forged a career in the tourism industry, working for Contiki NZ, which saw him managing and selling tours across the country. Working with a wide variety of people meant Phil gained key skills in identifying and delivering to his clients’ expectations. Strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills also translated incredibly well to real estate and have resulted in his ability to deliver win-win outcomes.

Listening to his clients is the lynchpin of Phil’s philosophy. He has a reputation for building rapport and trust quickly, instantly making people feel at ease. He tailor makes his approach for every client and their unique property, utilising his market knowledge built up over decades. He takes great pride in being 100% client-focused, going the extra mile when required. It is this coupled with his tenacious attitude that has been a strong component of his recipe for success over the years. He also prioritises continually up-skilling through professional training, recognising the need to keep ahead of the ever-evolving real estate industry.

Outside of work Phil enjoys running marathons, competing in road cycling events and taking his classic American cars out for a spin. He is an active member and supporter of TTT Runners, a local running club in Papakura. His never-give-up attitude can be seen in the fact that Phil has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest freestanding mountain in the world, and walked the Camino de Santiago trail across Spain, a distance of 836 kilometres.

Phil lives on a lifestyle block and specialises in assisting clients in the lifestyle real estate market in the greater Franklin area.
