Rachael plays a key role in client care and support within Team Hunt, working closely with both vendors and buyers throughout the sales process. Often one of the first points of contact for clients, she takes the time to connect, understand their needs, and ensure they feel comfortable from the outset. From buyer management through to negotiations, she provides honest advice and remains a friendly, reliable point of contact. She believes that great communication starts with listening, and that when people feel heard, they are able to make informed decisions with confidence.

With over 17 years spent running a business alongside her husband, Rachael brings a strong foundation in business ownership and operations. She also has experience in property development across both commercial and residential projects, giving her a practical understanding of real estate from concept through to completion. More recently, her background in sales and management has strengthened her negotiation skills, organisation, and ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.

Outside of real estate, Rachael has a strong interest in interior design, which complements her work in helping clients prepare and present their homes for market. Having raised her family in Cambridge, Rachael has strong ties to the community and enjoys being actively involved, having worked as a vocal and performing arts coach at local schools.

At the heart of Rachael’s approach is a genuine focus on people.
