Before joining Bayleys, Ralph spent more than 13 years in the Austrian Foreign Service, representing Austria across the Middle East, Asia and the former Eastern Bloc. He also served as a United Nations peacekeeper in the Middle East. These experiences shaped his ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly and remain composed when important decisions need to be made.

Now a top performer within the Bayleys Wellington region, Ralph takes a considered and highly organised approach to every property campaign. He works closely with his clients to understand their objectives, develop a clear strategy and keep the process moving with purpose.
