Rebecca is a young woman with a passion for the real estate industry. With a number of years of experience under her belt, she started in an administrative role in 2016 and worked her way up to become a licensed Personal Assistant. Currently, she is a valuable member of experienced salesperson Jodi Sterling's team at Bayleys, where she assists Jodi in the day-to-day running of her business.

Rebecca's responsibilities include managing vendor and buyer communication, assisting with the coordination of property viewings and open homes, preparing presentations and marketing materials, and assisting with licensed administrative tasks. Her attention to detail and dedication to the job make her an essential part of Jodi's team.

Outside of work, Rebecca loves living in the Snells Beach area with her husband Adam, who is a local builder. When she's not busy with real estate, you'll find her running along one of the many gorgeous beaches in the area or out on the water with her husband. Having worked in the local area for many years, Rebecca considers herself well connected in the community.

Rebecca is known for her friendly and kind personality, making her well-liked by everyone she meets. She is a trusted asset in Jodi's team, alongside PA Amanda. Her commitment to providing excellent customer service, combined with her positive attitude, makes her an asset to the Bayleys family.
