A career that began in Napier with the old family firm of Harvey Fulton & Hill saw Ross selling Taupo property from the late 1960's. A move to Auckland in the mid 1970's had Ross take the Harvey Brand and progressively build it into a strong National Franchise Network.

The intervening years have been action packed. A 5 year stint with an international brand culminating in the achievement of Number 1 in the World for annual sales transactions within a 6000 office, 250,000 sales associate strong network (Remax International).
