Confidently assisting clients through the process of selling their homes in his local West Auckland area was a natural next step and one where Sam has thrived, selling a wide range of properties from family homes, townhouses and apartments to development sites and off-plan sales. With his knowledge and skills, plus a photographic memory that helps him to crunch the data and market trends, Sam can thoroughly assess every facet of a property. He then tailors the ideal marketing strategy to ensure his clients' properties achieve outstanding outcomes.

Sam is a proud local of Hobsonville Point which equips him with invaluable on-the-ground insights for his clients. During his free time, he enthusiastically explores all that the area has to offer, including its beaches, cafes, and parks. He derives immense satisfaction from helping others become part of this vibrant community and enabling them to experience it first-hand. Among his recent and proudest accomplishments are the purchase of his first house, his marriage and the start of his family.
