Before joining Bayleys, she gained experience in a global commercial real estate research team.

Her understanding of the New Zealand property market coupled with advanced analysis skills positions her well to identify market trends.

Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint degree from the University of Auckland. She placed in the University of Auckland case competitions and went on to compete in the 14th Annual Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition in New York.
