After a successful career in real estate sales, Sarah has joined Simon Sharpin as his Licensed Personal Assistant. With strong, hands-on experience across the buying and selling process, she has a well-rounded understanding of property transactions from all perspectives.

Living and working locally, Sarah is deeply connected to the Methven and Mid Canterbury community. Having grown up in Ashburton, she knows the district well, and her rural background allows her to relate easily to the needs and priorities of local clients. She is an active member of the Mayfield Playcentre, while her husband serves on the committee of the Mayfield Squash Club.

Sarah has a keen interest in DIY and property improvement, having renovated five investment properties over the past five years. She believes every property has the ability to shine and sees her role as supporting clients to realise their property’s maximum potential.
