    Stacy has now been in the Queenstown real estate sector for 20 years and has been involved in many high-end land development sell downs, high profile residential sales and international tenders for key commercial sales, in excess of $50 million. More recently is an accomplished and highly driven professional with a proven track record in real estate management. Stacy has a comprehensive and deep understanding of the Queenstown and lower South region real estate market. Stacy is highly regarded for his exceptional communication and negotiation skills, which are essential is maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, managers and industry professionals.

    Today, as Group Operations Manager and Branch Manager of Bayleys Queenstown, Stacy is responsible for overseeing the Queenstown Southern Franchise region, some 160 personnel, agent recruitment, the company’s overall sales and operational direction and the transactional side of the business, ensuring optimal performance. Stacy has been an instrumental leader, helping to set the platform for the largest and one of the most successful real estate companies in Queenstown. This has seen the firm win the accolade of “Fastest Growing Franchise”, the National Auction Awards at the Bayleys National Awards, along with the Small Agency of the Year in all disciplines, at the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Awards. Stacy has an extensive range of skills and substantial knowledge, which is built on experience in management, auction processes, effective sales and marketing channels locally, within New Zealand and Internationally.

    Stacy as the Group Operations Manager for the Bayleys Southern Franchise, is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, is also a Director of the Otago Realty Group, which includes the newly formed merged company of BayleysMetro in Dunedin - Dunedin’s number one real estate company. Stacy is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and is also a Director of the largest property management company in the Queenstown and Lakes District, Bayleys Property Management.

    People and transactions are key to our business and Stacy is never too far away from the deal action and remains heavily involved in dealing with Vendors and Purchasers, to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, over and above optimising Bayleys real estate operation in achieving unparalleled success.
