Specialising in lifestyle, horticulture and rural property across the Western Bay of Plenty, with particular expertise in kiwifruit and avocado orchards, Stu Cundy combines strong local market knowledge with considered property marketing, skilled negotiation and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his vendors.
From lifestyle properties and productive orchards to larger rural holdings, Stu understands that no two country properties are the same. Each has its own story, strengths and potential buyer. His approach is to understand what makes a property distinctive, identify where its value lies and build a marketing campaign that presents it at its best, reaches the right buyers and creates competition.
Based in Tauranga and working throughout the Western Bay of Plenty, Stu has an in-depth understanding of the region’s lifestyle, orchard and rural property markets. Country property can be complex, with land, location, infrastructure, productivity and lifestyle all contributing to value. Understanding how those elements come together, and how they will be viewed by the market, is an important part of Stu’s approach.
Prior to real estate, Stu spent more than 25 years in international marketing and business, including operating his own successful business. This experience built a strong foundation in marketing, relationship management, attention to detail and delivering consistently high levels of customer service, principles that remain central to the way he works today.
At the heart of Stu’s approach is a genuine commitment to representing his vendors and putting their interests first. He believes good real estate advice is not about simply telling clients what they want to hear, but providing clear, considered advice that allows them to make informed decisions with confidence. From preparing for market and developing the campaign strategy through to buyer feedback and negotiation, Stu remains firmly focused on his vendors’ objectives.
For Stu, successful real estate is built on preparation, communication and trust. From the first conversation through to settlement and beyond, his focus is straightforward: provide sound advice, communicate openly, market every property with purpose and work relentlessly for the people who have entrusted him with their property.
