Terry has spent 30 years in the commercial real estate market and has been involved in project work which has included selling industrial land on behalf of developers and bankers.

Terry has worked with many property owners, investors and owner/operators to assist them in the design and build of new premises, in the Christchurch, Canterbury area. He has many property investors that consult with him on a regular basis.

When not spending time involved in real estate business, Terry spends his spare time with family in the outdoors, be it fishing, biking, hiking or any other family pursuit that the day and time will allow.
