During the week, she was able to call and follow up with me regarding house and helped me through the process as a first time home buyer to make an offer. Explained the process, even sent a "help book" for first time home buyers. Tiana broke down each step for me including when we had a multi offer scenario advised to put my best foot forward. Not once did I have to think where I stood with her in the process! I actually felt really safe and confident in what I was doing! Able to provide a list of builders for builders report, and then to be there with me as we put the sold sticker on the sign. Tiana has been a pivotal part for this journey!
