Tracy’s professional background spans more than two decades in leadership roles across the motor and finance industries, including Managing Director of a franchise dealership and a regional finance leadership role supporting business owners across the upper North Island. These positions demanded strategic thinking, high-value negotiation and operational discipline - skills that translate directly into guiding clients confidently through significant property decisions. Her ability to manage complex transactions, maintain strong relationships and follow through with precision ensures her clients feel supported at every stage of the process.

Having bought, sold, built and renovated multiple homes, as well as managing short-term rental properties and a six-bedroom bed and breakfast here on Waiheke, Tracy has hands-on knowledge of what makes a property desirable and how to present it effectively.
