Travis Cashmore is a member of the Bayleys Waikato Commercial team, working across commercial sales and leasing.

Born in the Waikato and from an early age surrounded by real estate, Travis brings a strong understanding of the local market and a genuine passion for commercial property. Growing up with close family and connections in the industry, he developed an early appreciation for property, relationships, and the importance of well considered real estate decisions.

Travis has been working with tenants across the Hamilton CBD, gaining a strong understanding of tenant demand, space requirements, and evolving business needs. This hands on experience has provided valuable insight into current leasing trends and the factors that influence occupancy decisions.

Travis takes a considered, people focused approach, with an emphasis on communication, responsiveness, and understanding client needs. He is committed to providing a smooth experience and building strong, long term relationships.

Outside of real estate, Travis has a strong interest in the financial markets and enjoys staying informed on global trends. He has an extensive background in rugby, including playing overseas in Fiji, and more recently has returned to tennis. He enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through sport and time outdoors.
