Originally from India, Viral decided to complete his post-graduation management qualification from Otago Polytechnic in Auckland back in 2016. As part of his qualification, he got introduced to property management where he worked as an intern for a few months and started diving deep into the property management operations and industry. Since then, he has been climbing up ranks in the property management industry from being an intern to a senior property manager managing a portfolio of about 100 properties with over 3 years of professional expertise.

Along with local market knowledge, he understands the value of communication that acts as a backbone to a successful landlord-tenant relationship. He focuses on protecting both landlords and tenants in terms of legal aspects to limit potential issues. Viral has a great attention to detail at the same time possess patience levels that ensure he solves problems effectively and efficiently.

Aside from being a valuable property manager, Viral likes to take part in sports and has gone on to play several competitive tournaments in Football & Cricket. On an off day he likes enjoying music, spending time in nature and travel around the country.
