Bailey Dewe joined as a residential specialist to help service the strong network Will had built, bringing dedication, warmth, enthusiasm and 12 years of experience selling residential property. She was handpicked for her ability to run residential campaigns better than most, whilst still maintaining great relationships with all of her clients. Head hunted for her extraordinary ability was the team’s executive assistant, Naomi Allcutt, who joined the team to manage campaigns and keep things running behind the scenes. She caught Bailey and Will’s eye after taking out administrator of the year and she jumped at the opportunity to challenge herself in the role.
