Originally from Sweden, Alex has been interested in real estate for as long as she can remember. She has worked in the industry for the past 10 years in various positions including marketing, administration, commercial, property management and sales administration. This has given her a broad range of valuable skills.

She arrived at Bayleys as the ethos of caring and nurturing its people appealed to her because Alex knows that regular training and development opportunities mean that she can bring the best skills to her clients’ property management.

Alex has a reputation for her positive attitude, friendly nature and customer-orientated service. She loves the fast-paced nature of the property industry and the wide variety of tasks involved in professional property management. She offers a thorough knowledge of real estate regulations, and standard operating procedures. Attention to detail is a key attribute.

Alex believes in taking care of each client’s property as if it were her own. She has an innate ability to be patient and calm in the face of stressful situations, listening in order to come up with the best solutions. She also knows how to be firm when required with a kind and fair manner, always treating others with respect.

Outside of work Alex likes to spend time with friends and family and enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing.

Alex loves being part of the Whanganui property management team and assisting a variety of clients – landlords and tenants.
