Originally from Cape Town, now based in beautiful Whanganui, Ananda has been a licensed salesperson since May 2019. As a result of her hard work and dedication, she recently won Best Marketing Campaign, Highest Percentage Growth, the Bayleys national nomination for the REINZ Rising Star category and recognized as a Game Changer in her field by Bayleys for International Women’s day.
Ananda brings a fresh attitude and a unique approach to real estate. She comes from a very strong sales management background and has gained valuable insight into real estate with her involvement in the industry in different capacities, including Marketing Manager for Bartley Real Estate. There she played a key role in the highly successful re-launch of the Bayleys brand in the Whanganui region. In addition to this she gained invaluable experience at NZME where she managed all the Real Estate agencies’ marketing portfolios including the Property Guide, Whanganui Chronicle, One Roof and radio).
