About Ashley

Ashley has always had a strong passion for real estate, which isn’t surprising given she is a third-generation realtor! As a result, sales and customer service has been ingrained in Ashley from an early age and she has seen first hand how rewarding the business can be and how lifelong relationships can be forged.

Before pursuing real estate, Ashley oversaw and worked on the family business, a nationwide chain of high-profile restaurants she helped build from scratch when she emigrated from the USA 15 years ago. Not only did the hospitality industry hone Ashley’s exceptional people skills but she learnt the importance of making personal connections. She also gained excellent business, management and sales skills, all of which is now at the disposal of her real estate clients.

Ashley’s clients always come first. Finding the right buyer for their home while helping purchasers find their dream home is something Ashley thrives on. She believes that homeownership is everyone’s dream and strives to make this a reality, making the whole experience a win-win for all.

Ashley is known for her fun loving spirit and personable, honest approach. She loves how the real estate industry is always changing and keeps on top of new trends. She knows it’s the only way to stay one step ahead of the game. Going above and beyond, Ashley has a talent for facilitating open communication resulting in trusting relationships and positive outcomes.

Ashley has lived in Waimauku for some years and in that time has seen how much growth has occurred across the Northwest. The client base Ashley works with is vast and ranges from new homeowners to families to retired couples.

Work hard, play hard is Ashley’s motto. In her spare time she’s involved in her local community, volunteers at her children’s events and manages their sports teams. She is also Secretary of the Waimauku School PTA and regularly helps with fundraising efforts. She loves spending time travelling with family, hanging out at beautiful Muriwai Beach and enjoying everything the local community has to offer.
