
Hosted by television journalist and news anchor Mike McRoberts, these awards were a night of celebration, connection, and recognition - highlighting Bayleys strength across residential, rural, commercial and property management.

At the centre of the night was Karl Davis (Hamilton – Country), who took out the Overall Salesperson of the Year, as well as Country Salesperson of the Year and Top VMI Generated Award.
Across the residential business, Aman Bali (Rototuna) delivered a stand out year, recognised as Residential Salesperson of the Year and for achieving the Greatest Number of Deals Settled.
In Tauranga, Snow Williams (Country) was recognised with Individual Country Salesperson of the Year, as well as the prestigious ‘Altogether Better’ Award, reinforcing his reputation for delivering strong outcomes while embodying Bayleys collaborative and client-focused approach.
Brendon Bradley (Tauranga) took out Commercial Salesperson of the Year, while Rory Brown (Tauranga) was awarded Individual Commercial Salesperson of the Year.
Sharon Hall (Mount Maunganui) was awarded Individual Residential Salesperson of the Year.
Auction performance remained a key strength, with Sarah Adams (Hamilton) named Top Auction Achiever, and Carmen Dickison (Tauranga) recognised for Individual Auction Growth.
Emerging talent was also recognised, with Debbie Nowell (Matamata) awarded Rookie of the Year.
In property management, Bree Tresidder from Bayleys Putaruru was awarded Regional Growth Year on Year, and Toni Graham & Chloe Mosen (Hamilton) were named Property Managers of the Year, reflecting continued strength in this growing division.
These awards also recognised the people and teams who underpin the business. Aimee Wright (Hamilton) was named Administrator of the Year, Annette Johnson (Mount Maunganui) Personal Assistant of the Year, and Vicki Semple received the Realty Services Excellence Award.
Community and culture remain central, with Arun Mehan (Tauranga) receiving both the Big on Community Award and Greatest Growth Year on Year Award, while Lynn Bradley (Tauranga – Commercial) was recognised with the Bayleys Way Staff Recognition Award.
Marketing excellence was also recognised, with Kirt Richards taking out Marketing Campaign of the Year for her campaign at 38 Stephens Place, Hairini.
At an office level, Tauranga Residential was awarded Office Growth of the Year, while Bayleys Country was named overall Top Office, reinforcing its position as a high-performing team and a leader in the rural sector nationwide.
The 2025/26 awards highlight a business that continues to evolve and grow - driven not just by individual success, but by a collective determination to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients and the communities we operate in.
