Based in the Bayleys Head Office in Wynyard Quarter, Ben has been a highly valued member of the Corporate Leasing team for over seven years.

Carefully curating a balanced skill-set which has been learned from the ground-up, passionate property hawker Ben has immersed himself in this competitive sector, starting work with Bayleys parallel to completing a Bachelor of Property at Auckland University.

Attracted to Bayleys for its industry leading position not only nationally but globally, through their partnership with Knight Frank, Ben looks to utilise the leverage that comes with being part of a full-service real estate agency with international reach.

As part of these international ties, Ben was lucky enough to take part in the Knight Frank Broadening Horizons programme, where he worked in the City of London office alongside the Office Leasing and Tenant Representation teams.
