Before joining the property management industry, Ben spent three years as a District Court Bailiff in the greater Waikato region. It sharpened his ability to stay composed under pressure, think on his feet, and navigate challenging conversations—skills he brings daily to his property management role.

Ben’s experience as a football and futsal referee, including officiating at national and an international level, has further honed his situational awareness, decision-making, and communication under pressure. These experiences also reflect his passion for structure, fairness, and consistency—qualities that define his approach to managing rental properties. “My goal is to deliver a professional, transparent service that makes the property management experience smooth and stress-free for both landlords and tenants,” says Ben.
