Ben Wallace knows how to execute a well-honed game plan in a competitive forum – a skill which stands him in great stead in the fast-paced commercial property arena. As a key member of the Bayleys’ Auckland Commercial team and mentored by Bayleys’ director David Bayley, Ben focuses on leasing and sales in the greater city fringe area.

A high-achieving former Auckland and New Zealand representative golfer competing at the highest levels, Ben is steadfast in his commitment to achieving great results under challenging circumstances, and his clients benefit from his strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ben leverages off the market advantages that the Bayleys brand has established over 40 years in the industry, tapping into qualified databases and making the most of the market-leading resources which Bayleys’ boasts.

Confidently working with landlords and vendors, Ben’s determination to find mutually-workable solutions within beneficial timeframes has seen Ben cement his position as a valued member of the Bayleys commercial team. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in International Business and Marketing, and has several years’ experience in marketing and promotions in the radio and hospitality industries.

A member of the Royal Auckland Golf Club and modest about his outstanding accomplishments on the golf course, Ben is nonetheless proud to have been the youngest ever winner of the Auckland Golf Club Senior Championship in over 106 years and to be named ASB Young Sportsmen of the Year 2006. He represented and captained the NZ junior golf team from 2005-2008, was a member of the NZ men’s golf team 2007-2011, was Auckland Provincial Golf Champion in 2008, and was runner-up in the Singapore Open Amateur Championship 2009, and is the current course record holder at the Royal Auckland Golf Club with a 9 under par round of 63.
