Carol supports the 75 offices Bayleys network with all their recruitment needs. Bayleys have a huge variety of positions, including Sales, Leasing, Administration, Marketing, Research, Valuation, Auctioneers, Communications, IT and Property Services. She is the first point of contact to candidates wanting to join the Group and provides information about the various departments and offices.
Carol has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry working with a number of different organisations including large multinationals through to small business. With over 8 years with Bayleys Carol has a great understanding of the Group and their needs so is well placed to provide advice to anyone wishing to consider a career in Real Estate.
Prior to Carol’s career in recruitment Carol trained as a Radiographer and worked in Auckland and the States.
