WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

“Catherine sold me my first property in Kaipara. I then employed her as a buyers agent for my next land purchase. The neighbouring farm. I found her honest, helpful and knowledgeable. A great help for someone who knows next to nothing about farming. I would not hesitate to recommend her.”

Paul Henry

“I found Catherine Stewart to be always being focused on the job, highly energetic, reliable and professional. She is a very clear communicator; always thought the sticky things through carefully, checking with all the right people and parties, to ensure that there was no going back and forth or contradiction. Above all she is friendly and fun, a very capable agent who put in the long hours to get our family good outcomes in two less than straight forward property sales.”

Joy Paxton

“Catherine has been an outstanding agent for a large farming portfolio, her can do attitude and enthusiasm is what drew us toward having her list the family farm. Through a very challenging time she has been the light at the end of the tunnel, being very professional, organised and honest. These are just a few of her favourable attributes that we have encountered through this whole process. Her farming knowledge, ability to get the portfolio listed promptly and outstanding marketing plan are what have contributed to the sale of these farms. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to list their properties and take pride in what you have to sell, she is the agent for you.”

Gayle Perry

It was truly a wonderful experience working with Leah and Catherine in achieving the successful sale of our property. They came in day one and suggested to do this, this and this… we got straight onto it and a short time after had the property pretty close to ready. Listed with them, not even on the internet and basically sold it three days later for $50K more than expected.
