As a long-standing member of the Phil & Robyn Mangos team, Char plays an integral role in the delivery of rural, lifestyle and horticultural property campaigns across Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty.

With a strong background in administration and marketing, Char manages the detail behind each campaign, coordinating marketing, property information, communications and the many moving parts from preparation and launch through to settlement. She is also closely involved with sale and purchase documentation and contractual processes, liaising with solicitors, accountants and other professional advisers where required.

Highly organised and an experienced communicator, Char works closely with Phil and Robyn to keep campaigns running smoothly and clients informed throughout the process. Her attention to detail, approachable manner and understanding of the property market make her a trusted point of contact for both vendors and buyers.

Char's contribution has been recognised as Success Realty Ltd (Bayleys) PA of the Year 2024/25, while the team's property marketing campaigns have received multiple marketing awards.
