Personally I felt we were informed of everything,at no time did I feel I wasn’t told what was happening or what to expect,and Charlotte just made us feel kept up to date all the time. Moving from Western Australia and purchasing a property in NZ before arriving I received great customer service, was kept updated at all times, staff followed up all issues and communications and provided details of other support businesses in the local area to support our move, friendly wonderful service and would definitely use again.

Neither Andy nor Charlotte were pushy or hyper OTT people. Charlotte did most of the hard yards with a diverse group of people, most of whom had an idealised idea of what lifestyle is . Some timewasters but Charlotte was always calm and very pleasant towards everyone. We found both Andy and Charlotte very easy and hardworking.
Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole sale process. We couldn’t be happier with the result - highly recommended.
