Cheryl Regan has joined Bayleys with over 30 years in business including being an executive in the airline and travel industry and Managing Director of a successful New Zealand training company that pioneered the use of the web for learning.
Cheryl’s strength is her ability to think “outside the box” and her success in business has been the ability to be creative in marketing and using technology to maximize the reach to communicate with customers.
Her experience in airline and travel industry developed a real passion for focusing on the customer and realizing that there was not one shoe that fits all when dealing with individuals. Listening and following through with promises were important lessons learned.
