A seasoned professional with an established reputation amongst Auckland’s business community, Chris brings the benefit of some 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector with involvement spanning brokerage, valuations, management and development.

Diving straight into a career in the sector armed with a family linage entrenched in real estate, Chris is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) majoring in Estate Management.

True to the mantra ‘you’re only as good as your last deal,’ Chris has consistently shown his range of capabilities facilitating high-profile retail and lease transactions for some of the country’s premier developers, investors, institutions and national retailers.

Offering clients a unique insight, the result of time spent as managing director of a residential and commercial development company, 13 years as a retail broker and most recently the national director of retail sales and leasing at JLL, Chris is a skilled negotiator with a sharp intuition – meaning his clients receive a rare depth of analysis and no-nonsense approach to the facts.
