You'd think that years of experience, a friendly affable character, a penchant for finding ways around obstacles, and an unwavering dedication to his clients would all add up to a great experience for sellers.. Well, you'd be RIGHT. As a (non real-estate) salesperson myself I was very picky and interviewed a long list of agents before settling firmly on Chris, and we have never looked back. Chris has been a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of self-promoting 'top agents' focussed only on getting the next listing and taking whatever deal they can get. His hands-on approach and personal ownership of the process ultimately resulted in a 3 way multi-offer at a price we're elated with - and bang on what he'd estimated when we first met.
