About Colin


Colin is a senior member of the Auckland Investment Sales Team at Bayleys Real Estate Limited.

Colin has been actively involved in Commercial Sales and Leasing for a number of years and before that was a property consultant in his own right.

Prior to his career in Real Estate Colin, who has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics Major – University of Auckland) was a business consultant and also has extensive experience in banking and finance. He is very focused on detail and enjoys the challenge of more complicated property divestment projects.

He has many key contacts within the Auckland property investment and development sectors and has conducted numerous significant transactions in Auckland in that regard. Consequently a lot of Colin’s work is referral based with established clients looking for timely, accurate and discreet data and representation.

Bachelor of Arts (Economics Major, University of Auckland).
