Recently joined Bayleys to head up the newly created Business Advisory Service supporting the National Business Sales team.

Craig is a business transformation specialist with national and global experience. He has held senior management positions in corporates including McDonald’s, NZ Post Retail and Restaurant Brands. Has consulted on major projects for Fonterra in NZ, Melbourne, the Middle East and Africa and for Goodman Fielder’s national distribution transformation.

Craig has previously owned an import distribution business with a Global sports brand, that included a NZ wide network of retail stores that were franchised.

The combination of corporate leadership, company management and business ownership provide the Business Advisory Service with a broad range of experience and knowledge. This is backed by Craig’s qualifications, including: a degree in Property Administration; Diplomas in Hospitality; Professional Coaching; and Positive Psychology. He is also a qualified Ski Instructor.

When he’s not skiing, Craig says his mission is to share his experience and knowledge to help others optimise their personal and professional potential. As a qualified Professional Coach and experienced Consultant, his goal is to work empathetically with the owners of prospective business transitions to enhance the potential for successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
