Going to Auction was questionable for us previously but Dahnie talked us through it properly - plenty of information - and then she gave us the experience of an actual Auction in your office. Invaluable to us. Also, she (and Jenny) worked very hard for the best price for us over the whole 6 weeks until we got a definite Unconditional Offer.
