Born and bred Hibiscus Coast local Danielle Bedford has spent years acquiring the skills and mindset required to be a high performing real estate salesperson.
Rather than joining the ranks of a salesperson fresh-up - armed with registration papers but no real understanding of how things really work - Danielle instead spent three years strategically learning the raft of ‘behind the scenes’ intricacies needed for selling real estate, before she eventually launched into the sales arena.
It’s a learning process which is still continuing, as Danielle brings her vibrancy and enthusiasm to the Rodney real estate market – stretching from the Hibiscus Coast in the east, to the Kaipara region in the west.
Danielle Bedford joined Bayleys in 2018 in the company’s customer services team before taking up administrative and marketing roles in the agency’s business and tourism division, then heading out of the central city to expand her skillset at the firm’s residentially focussed Kumeu office.
All the time, Danielle was gaining valuable insights into best practice protocols for successfully marketing and selling real estate.
Now based at Bayleys Orewa in partnership with senior salesperson Karen Asquith, Danielle is putting into practice everything she learnt from some of the company’s best practitioners, backed by Bayleys’ proven marketing approaches.

Born on Whangaparaoa Peninsula and going on to attend Orewa College, Danielle and her partner recently bought a lifestyle block in Makarau near the Kaipara Harbour.
“My life is pretty balanced – straddling the coastal environment where I was brought up, and now with the rural locale where I live. The balanced approach is the same philosophy I’m taking to real estate sales – and Karen is the perfect person to learn from,” admits Danielle.
