Emma is excited to be embarking on a new season in real estate having joined the Bayleys team in Orewa. The daughter of one of the founders of a bespoke real estate business, Emma has real estate in her blood. Prior to having children, Emma worked as the office manager in a real estate office for 9 years. During this time Emma also completed a degree in business and marketing.

Emma has a unique enthusiasm for life and a passion for people that guides all of her endeavours. Her genuine care for people has allowed her to develop a real gift for enabling clients and customers to be put at ease and to feel both seen and heard in the sales process.

Emma works with her husband Mark who has been selling real estate for over 18 years. Mark and Emma’s synergy and complementary skills make them a formidable team committed to providing clients with the best possible real estate experience.

Although Mark and Emma’s real estate career has primarily been based in the Eastern Bays and Central Auckland, they have been selling on the Coast now for the past 4 years since making the move north at the beginning of 2021. Mark and Emma have a strong family connection with Whangaparaoa and the Hibiscus Coast and see the potential of this fast growing and fabulous community. They have fully embraced the lifestyle on the Coast and are actively involved in the Manly Sailing Club. They reside in Manly with their two teenage children.
