Wayne has a broad range of real estate experience crafted over the years selling residential and lifestyle property. He is experienced in dealing with all types of property – family homes, investment property, developments, and holiday homes. He also is an experienced broker of business, commercial and tourism related properties. His selling skillset is well refined for the unique and burgeoning Mackenzie market.
Wayne lives and breathes real estate. He thrives on the challenge and his greatest satisfaction is seeing clients achieve their property goals. Wayne has most recently been the Sales Manager of the Bayleys South Canterbury office where he was instrumental in developing a high performing team. He is very well qualified with a commerce degree, postgraduate leadership diploma, and a recently completed real estate Branch Manager diploma.
Outside of real estate, Wayne is dedicated to his family which includes work colleague and wife Jessica Frewen, and their three children. When time allows you will find Wayne on the mountain bike trail, golf links, snowboarding or enjoying the lakes.
