We had a scheduled property Inspection this morning and was just hoping you could pass on my thanks to Tessa. It's a bit of a stressy time at the moment, being the school holidays and having the kids home trying to destroy the house every 2 seconds, so I was in a bit of a grump when she showed up. But she was super easy going, friendly and relatable and fully put me at ease about everything, her attitude has honestly salvaged my mood for the rest of the day! She's both a credit to the team and her role as a property manager.

The wonderful team at Bayleys Property Management are awesome. I found them compassionate, helpful & competent when I needed a rental (dog friendly even!) Ongoing I’ve found them responsive to maintenance issues etc, also fair and reasonable in regard to inspection times. As a renter I class them number 1 and should I require a property management team in the future to manage my own property I wouldn’t hesitate to get them on board. They’ve nailed the balance between tenants & landlords hence the 5 stars from me.
