Sharell has always had a passion for all things real estate and this has translated into achieving better than expected results for her clients. The most exciting part of the property market for Sharell is seeing people fulfil their dreams, whether selling a family home and downsizing in their later years or a first homebuyer taking their first step on the property ladder. She feels proud and privileged to play a part in people’s property journeys.
Sharell came to real estate from a long career working in government departments in Wellington including NZ Post and ACC. This taught her a wide range of incredibly valuable skills notably efficiency, attention to detail, the ability to communicate with all types of people and excellent time management skills working in fast paced and high pressure environments. It was when she made the move to beautiful Whanganui that she finally had the opportunity to pursue her love of real estate as a career.
Living in Castlecliff, Sharell is incredibly passionate about Whanganui and all the advantages living there brings. This has seen her get highly involved in her community. Her family is part of the local hot rod club and she also enjoys a very close connection with Westmere School, where her children have been enrolled. Her husband even attended the school as a child and her mother-in-law was a teacher aide there for over 30 years. Outside of work Sharell enjoys spending time with family and is involved with drag racing in Whanganui and Masterton. She loves all things V8 - the sound, the smell, and the speed!
Sharell is known for the excellent customer service she delivers to her clients and the care she takes of them every step of the way. She is always driven to be the best she can be and flies the flag for her clients and their properties to obtain the optimal result. Hardworking and determined, Sharell will often go above and beyond as she guides her clients through their real estate transaction from initial steps to high level marketing, negotiations, contracts and finally a sold sticker!
