About Debbie

A one-time Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Management, Debbie Han has set up and successfully run, and sold, six retail stores in Auckland.  She has achieved this through the same exceptional marketing skills she now applies to property.

Being Chinese-born and bi-lingual, Debbie welcomes a diversity of clients.  She is a high energy, multi-tasker with her finger on the pulse of her local suburbs, particularly homes in the Kristen School area of Albany.

Debbie lives on a lifestyle property in Dairy Flat so is able to knowledgably assist lifestyle and residential sellers and buyers.

Debbie is motivated by creating happy and satisfied buyers and sellers and is fully committed to every job she takes on, taking especial care to understand each person’s unique needs from every real estate transaction.  Media-savvy, she stays in regular contact with clients using We Chat and other digital platforms while always valuing face-to-face communication for building firm relationships.

With a natural affinity for real estate, Debbie has closely followed the sales of thousands of homes in her time in property; she attends ongoing training and works closely with her management and team to combine a wealth of knowledge in real estate and the local area.

For work/life balance, Debbie is a keen member of the North Shore Golf Club inspired by her son who plays five days per week.  She enjoys spending time with her family and is an ardent traveller when time allows.
