Samara is the Syndicated Investment Manager for the Bayleys Syndication & Investment Products Division (detailed below) and manages the process from marketing through to sales and investor relations. Samara has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago and is also qualified as a Financial Adviser.

Joining Bayleys’ Auckland in 2010, she has been instrumental in raising over $1 billion dollars of capital from investors for New Zealand’s leading property fund managers - over $350 million raised in just the last three years.

Samara’s background prior to joining Bayleys involved key roles within a leading property fund management business.

With 17 years’ experience specialising in property funds and syndicated property, Samara has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of this sector of the market. She is passionate about ensuring investors receive the absolute best levels of service and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Bayleys Syndication & Investment Products Division provides investors with access to premium, high yielding property offerings across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, and agricultural property sectors with minimum investments beginning at $10,000 and returns paid to investors monthly.

This type of property ownership commonly referred to as ‘syndication’ is a relatively easy and straightforward way for investors to participate in the ownership of institutional grade properties at an entry level price. Both investments in single assets structures and fund structures (comprising of more than one property) can be bought through Bayleys.
