Since joining Stephen has completed commercial investment sales in CBD locations, client specific acquisitions, assembled teams for larger development projects, larger greenfield land sales, brown field re-development, conducted successful auction campaigns and enjoyed working closely with clients and colleagues to achieve desired results with the philosophy of return business and referral work.
Stephen brings with him property experience creating and managing a personal property portfolio, which has taught him some invaluable lessons in hard work, building relationships, honesty, communication and integrity.
He is a keen sportsman, having coached and represented NZ in Snowboarding at World Champs, also enjoying the outdoor lifestyle of surfing, running and biking.
Prior to joining the team at Bayleys, Stephen was flying helicopters in USA/ Canada, Queenstown and Fiji.

We are delighted with the result of the auction of our Takapuna veterinary clinic. We chose Stephen after a recommendation from a friend, and we were very happy with the efforts he put in, and his communication with us in the four weeks leading up to the auction. The property was not an easy one to sell as its true value lay in its land position, but an extended lease period meant that this could have been overseen.
