Henry brings an exciting and fresh approach to the Bayleys Business Sales Team. After graduating with a Bachelor of Property degree at the University of Auckland, Henry has chosen to focus his skills within the business sales sector.
Henry started his first company whilst still at university in order to pay tuition fees and get a head start in his professional career. Consequently, Henry has a strong understanding of the fundamentals that influence the constantly changing business property market.
Henry is passionate about the real estate industry and is highly motivated. His willingness to go the extra mile, alongside hard work and professional integrity produces great results for his clients. Henry utilises the industry leading marketing tools which Bayleys provide and the extensive Bayleys network and business database which has been developed over the past 40 years to add value to any transaction he is involved in.
On a personal level, with parents owning businesses and having expertise in governance, Henry has developed business skills and a passion for the industry from very early on. Henry rowed at national level throughout high school years, which has developed his understanding of the importance of hard work, determination and commitment to others, all skills that he will bring to his clients. He understands the importance of working within a team, giving him the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
