Garth brings practical business ownership experience to the Bayleys Business Sales Team, having owned and operated many successful businesses in Auckland and on the North Shore.
Being born in Devonport and spending most of his life involved on business networking, it would be hard to imagine anyone with a larger business network throughout the country. Garth entered the business sales industry after nearly 20 years running a business coaching business which included time as the North Island Franchisor, responsible for recruiting, training and supporting business advisors in the franchise. While helping many business owners in the preparation of their business for sale, it was the frustration that many in the business sales industry did not understand the complexities involved in owning and selling a business. Garth’s practical experience enables him to put himself in the business owners shoes and to assist the owner with the emotional support as well as the practicalities of the sales process.
Garth’s passion is to help drive the business sales process so that both the vendor and the purchaser experience a win win result.
