We were looking to buy a house for a while, across a number of different areas. In some areas we felt that the agents were just running a numbers game. But in Devonport Linda and Jacquie took the time to understand what we were looking for and did more to engage with us. For example, they took us for coffee to explain the tender process and to understand what we were looking for. Even though we know the agents are acting for the seller, we didn't feel like we were being sold to and instead that they were trying to find a fit for both parties.
